Room was satisfactory for my needs and clean enough. Bed was fine but the pillows were hard.

There was no Kleenex nor drinking glasses in the room. The soda machine had a sign that said "use at your own risk" and the ice machine was not working. When I left at 7 AM, I saw no sign of free coffee or juice.

"I've never been to such a run down hotel that treats you worse than their facility."

Disrespectful. I never checked in the dates they said. I stayed at night in the Perkins next door before they would check me in and then they didn't allow me the full 3 day stay.

Everything. Theyre disrespectful and I wasted money at Perkins waiting for my time and it clearly shows here they didn't check me in on the March 1st when I came. I had one night when I booked 3 and still had to leave early. It's pathetic.
