The location close to the beach

THE STAFF 80% of the people working there is nice. 20% should look for another job. Hard to get attention. The big TV screens in the bar are more important than the guests! THE AIRCO in the room is more than noisy. The fan cannot be set at the lowest speed! TEA I like Earl Gray tea with with my breakfast. It was not in the assortment on the breakfast table, but available at the bar. They gave me the first days a tea bag from the bar, but after some days I was told they were not allowed to give me a teabag from there any more! RESERVING BEDS It was not allowed to reserve beds by occupying them with towels or other stuff. The rules say, in case you leave things more then one hour they would remove it. Of course we approve this rule, however… most beds at the pool and the beach were covered early in the morning and the rule was not enforced. After asking the staff, they were afraid of getting trouble with the occupants. MUSIC was played very loud and in both bars near the pool they played different music. TERRIBLE. When I complained they apologized and told me they would do something about it. They turned it somewhat lower, but still hearing both. Next day it would be solved they told me, Guess what... Next day it business as usual! SLIPPERY The small brigdges and paths around the hotel are painted and dangerous slippery when a little wet. All over the place were it is not really slippery there are signs, but we’re it is really necessary there is nothing! THE NEIGHBORS of the hotel have really loud music until 4 in the morning. This can be heard in the room at an irritating level! NEVER AGAIN

Echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Alles mooi en schoon. Maar vooral superaardige bediening!
