El dia Sabado no me arreglaron mi habitación, se lo exprese en la tarde a la conserge y cuando regrese en la noche no la habian arreglado, Adicionalmente el piso en la habitación es peligroso por mantenerse muy liso

Great time and excellent service

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and honestly, it has been my best stay so far. I chose this place because I wanted something clean, modern, and up to date — and it absolutely delivered. The hotel provides everything you would expect from an all-inclusive resort, with attention to comfort and detail throughout the property. The breakfast was especially impressive. There was a huge variety every morning: fresh-squeezed juices, several types of freshly cut fruits, whole fruits, eggs cooked any style, breads, yogurts, cereals, and even a soup of the day. Coffee was available starting at 6:30 AM, which I really appreciated. The pool area was another highlight. It was relaxing to spend time there — pleasant atmosphere, pool bar nearby, and music that was enjoyable without being overly loud. The beach location is excellent. You can walk there in about 5 minutes or take a quick golf cart ride. What I liked most is that you can choose the type of beach experience you want: to the left, the water is more shallow with stronger wind; to the right, the water becomes deeper and calmer. Most importantly, every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

El desayuno en general era bueno, pero llegaba mucha gente simultáneamente.

El colchón estaba blando y la cama crujía, reclamamos y nos cambiaron de habitación al tercer día. Igual en la nueva habitación se escuchaba música y cantos que duraban hasta tarde.

En general las instalaciones son muy comodidad y la limpieza de las habitaciones y en general del lugar excelente

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was very decent, the breakfast was delicious, the swimming area was very clean, and the kids’ cave was really nice. Palm beach nearby is absolutely amazing! A special thanks to Javier, who amazed everyone with his magic tricks, played with kids, conducted art classes and created beautiful balloon characters. My children absolutely loved him!

The service was amazing here! Kudos to John and Marley, and everyone at the concierge’s desk, and the gentleman who always made sure to open the doors when we entered the taxis
