El desayuno

Nuestro tren se atrasó tres horas y llegamos pasadas las 23. El hecho de que el hotel estuviera pegado a la estación fue un alivio. Y no sólo eso, la ubicación es un 10 para toda actividad en Inverness. El desayuno continental muy bueno y abundante, incluído en el precio. También teníamos incluído una cena de dos pasos que estuvo espectacular. También tienen consigna de equipaje sin cargo. La cama muy cómoda.

Era primavera, sin embargo en el baño hacía frío porque no tenía calefacción. El agua tenía poca presión y excepto el primer día, salía demasiado tibia. La habitación estaba calefaccionada.

De ligging en klassieke sfeer

Very convenient coming from the train station. The shower was very slow pressure, but otherwise the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

I think the receptionist perhaps wasn't in the best of moods, she could of been a little friendlier. Although she may of had a lot to deal with. Im not sure if its possible to improve the shower, it was very difficult when you have thick hair to wash.

Towel warmers. Availability to leave luggage. Breakfast.

Too early a check out (10:30am) and having to pay for later check out

Where it is situated and buffet breakfast great. Bed comfortable.

Very tatty and tired interior, not clean in places in bedroom although bathroom dated it was clean though.

loved having a room overlooking the platforms

the tartan carpet on the (wonderful) staircase made it a bit difficult to spot the edge of the tread on the way down.

The hotel is next to the Inverness train station and in the city centre, perfect for travelers. The room was big and beautiful, with a nice view on the city roofs. The bed was BIG and comfortable, the temperature of the room was pleasant, and the bathroom was big and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location right next to train station, very central for bars,restaurants, and shopping. And wow that staircase on entering hotel!

It,s a beautiful building, it,s a shame because this could be a stunning hotel, it has so much history behind it, it has a stunning staircase on entering the hotel! But all the grandeur doesn,t hide the fact it needs decorated threw out it,s looking a bit shabby
