Easy 3-5 min walk to train station and waterfront is walkable too. Romer Square within 10-15 minute walk. Tram stops too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is small with just the necessities but clean and bright. Windows open fully. Neighbourhood is ‘interesting’ but I felt safe enough. Lots of diversity in restaurants. Yum! Perhaps families with children and/or elderly wouldn’t be comfortable in the neighbourhood.

There is a 24 hr bar on the corner and lots of loud pedestrians all hours of the night BUT closed windows blocked the noise. Very quiet within the hotel & can’t hear a sound from hallway or other rooms. There is a lift but it is not accessible if one uses a wheelchair or mobility aid as there are two steep steps to get to it. Oh! The toilet is child sized - hold onto something because it’s a long way down for average height adult. Bathroom is spacious and clean but water temperature wasn’t consistent. I used the handheld wand vs rain shower as it’s quite shocking when it goes from almost warm to cold cold They do NOT have a coffeemaker in the room. If you pay for Breakfast - it is available down the street at Ibis - staff will give you a card. It’s a good breakfast with choice of typical fare.

I book for 2 persons queen size bed and pay the full amount but sad to say they give me one person's bed and never inform me, I was expecting the my bed was for 2 persons cause I invite my friend but sad to.ssy it was only for one persons bed, after my payment I proceed to my room, they don't have keys, everytime you get inside your room the crew always come together to open the room and you have to leave the key to the reception, I was really disappointed due to payment, why I need to pay two persons bed and yet I have a single bed. The boy on duty yesterday night and today was not friendly. One more thing my mobile phone was missing I really don't know when I get out they found my mobile then I came back again and ask about the phone and the boy seems like he pretend or say nothing at all. This is my first time with this complain of all the stay I did in my really I was really disappointed. I hope if they could find my mobile phone they will inform me cause the memories on my phone was really memorable and all the fotos of my daughters were there. I hope next time you need to inform the guess about rooms and I hope I get discounted lesson learned before you stay and pay make sure what you book is the right one and u hope the personnel.are honest. Von Außen macht das Hotel einen verwahrlosten Eindruck, aber mein Zimmer war neu, adrett und komfortabel.

Es war fast nicht zu finden, weil die Aussenanschrift anders lautet als die Reservierung. Die Rezeption macht den Eindruck eines Stundenhotels.
