Restaurant trop ouvert donc frais en cette période d’hiver ! Avons dû demander d’augmenter le chauffage !

En general, una experiencia muy buena. Destaca la amabilidad de todo el personal, sin excepción, y su actitud profesional y resolutiva. También destaca su ubicación, a pié de playa y los jardines que son una maravilla.

Los pequeños detalles lo estropean: El servicio de habitación era limitado en oferta y un poco pobre de calidad. No era posible desayunar en la habitación ya que no estaba en el menú. Un hotel de esta categoría debería tener albornozes en la habitación y no había (aunque los detalles de cortesía eran muy buenos, eso sí, con chocolates, nueces, café, té etc.). El desayuno dejaba que desear. El primer día el pan no estaba fresco y solo había una persona que tardó en aparecer para pedirle algo de la cocina.

We loved the staff! They were always cheerful and helpful. They answered our questions and gave excellent feedback and options. We liked the ocean air, nice neighborhoods and being so close to the airport. We really had an exceptional breakfast every morning. It was ready in time and the items were outstanding and varied and displayed so tastefully.

I didn’t sleep well each night. The pillows were too lofty and the bed too hard. We had water issues. They were working on the water and I was in the shower and had very little water pressure. The next morning my shower was cold.
