The property was clean; staff courteous; my only complaint would be that the commodes seemed to be extremely low to the floor. Other than that, my stay was great.

Its location from the main highway was ideal. It felt like a safe location. The staff were super friendly. Other guests were friendly and we exchanged several pleasantries with people just wanting to say, "Hello" - that is not normal where we are from, so it's odd being around nice people. Royal Farms next door was convenient.

Pool was down

Linda was very friendly and professional each day, Sherylinda was also. The wait staff were professional and courteous each day. They accommodated us when we needed items for the room. The kitchen staff were also professional which provided us with a delicious breakfast, which could have provided more variety of yogurts for people who are lactose and more fresh fruits.

I looked at two different rooms before taking the third room because they weren't cleaned, the bathroom tubs and toilets were dirty. One of the bathrooms had hair in the tub and the light was out. The floor wasn't vacuum and there was food in the fridge in the other room as well as the bathroom being unclean. We stayed in room 210 where we purchased cleaning supplies from Walmart to clean the bathroom each day ourselves. I used my car vacuum to clean the floor because we had our dog Mindy with us on the trip. She's a show dog that has won several titles.

Really disappointing stay! The bathroom was dirty — the toilet and sink clearly hadn’t been cleaned. But the worst was that the hallways reeked of weed and smoke the entire time. Even some of the staff members smelled like weed. Spa and Pool were closed which was disappointing. We didn't get reimbursed either. Definitely not staying here again. Expedia was no help at all!!

The pool and spa was being renovated. The first morning we had to wait on coffee to be made and it was not very busy at the time. The back of the commode in the room was lose and made noise when being used.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.

Pool and Hot Tub were closed, and appeared to have been closed for some time for maintenance. This was not mentioned when booking through Expedia. Dead bugs on room floor when we arrived.
