Capri Inn & Suites - Beatrice

Our room was adequate, clean upon arrival, nice tv which hangs on the wall worked very good! Ice machine and soda vending on the same floor, nice! This hotel has a good breakfast waffles, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cereal, toast, juice, milk and coffee, also hard boiled eggs! A couple of easy improvements would make this room much more comfortable, shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced and liquid soap has a strong fragrance and seemed to bother one of my family members, hypoallergenic hand soap would be much better for travelers. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and great! Swimming pool opened in the morning, however the hot tub is out of order at this time! Good place to stay, lodging prices were reasonable, l booked online, competitive with other lodging in the area!

That the shower in are room was broken/ messed up. And that it made loud noises whenever turning it on to take a shower and the hotel had breakfast but didn’t have anything but one thing to eat down there. And the door wouldn’t stay locked when we would lock it.

My Only complain was I did not get to use the hot tub because the first night the water was barely warm. It was more like a pool with bubbles. The second night by the time I got back to the hotel, the pool and hot tub were filled to capacity and it was that way until 945. When I went down at 9:45 hoping I could at least get 15 minutes of hot tub. She had already locked the door and was cleaning them so nobody else in the hotel got an opportunity to use the facilities due to it being impact the whole time. I know that is not their fault. They used to not have a Pool hours so you could kind a hot tub or swim. Anytime you wanted, which was great for me because I do not sleep well so a lot of times at 2 AM. I could go down and sit in the hot tub. It will relax my muscles and help me then go to sleep. That is no longer the case cause pool hours are now from 9 AM to 10 PM. So if you happen to be there and there are a bunch of kids or the places is full. There’s a really good chance that you do not get to use the pool or hot tub facilities, which is one of the main perks as to why I stay there.
