"It was still cozy."

It was cozy and the room didn't stink.

Bed was a little squeaky when you moved in it. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed when we entered the room, was a little centipede running across the floor. Shower tap had hard water stain on it. And light fixture had spiderweb on it.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly helpful and eager to help out

The rooms were definitely outdated and in need updating and repairs but overall the experience was pleasant and this stuff we're very friendly and accommodating

Handy

The room was cold. 10 degrees. Turned the thermostat to 25. By morning the room was 20 degrees. The bed, floor and furniture were cold. Renting an unused cold room reflects a “it’s not my job” staff attitude. We booked the room several days in advance. There is no reason other than negligence for such to occur.
