Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - BWI Airport North by IHG

Marlo made my business event go smoothly and with a beautiful smile! I felt so welcome a she went out of her way to make it a great event.

We were taken from the Holiday Inn to the Carnival ship port in Baltimore. It was convenient, clean and Dennis, the driver, was very helpful and kind! We will definitely be using this service again in the future!

I made a reservation through Booking to stay at this location. The hotel confirmed the booking the day before when I made the reservation, but when I got there the male at the desk with the piercings in his nose couldn’t find the reservation. I had already prepaid and didn’t want to pay again. I asked for a manager, he said no one would be in until the next day. He suggested I reached out to Booking, I did. Booking could see the reservation and said they would call the hotel to aid the process. The hotel didn’t pick up. The rep at Booking said she would email the hotel to further confirm the reservation and aid the process. The same male at the desk said he checked both emails and couldn’t find anything. I asked him if he could call one of the managers. He walked away, talked to someone on the phone and said his manager said the same thing that he said about how to check for the reservation and that nothing was found. Neither of them offered any solution. I ended up making a reservation at Fairfield at Marriott which was a mile away. Made the reservation through Booking again, I called the hotel to confirm and they were able to verify my reservation immediately. Why couldn’t Holiday Inn? No exaggeration, but my experience at Fairfield was much better than at Holiday Inn. I’ve stayed at that particular Holiday Inn Express for years and never had the experience until now. The experience has gone down. I won’t be returning for future stays. Booking ended up refunding me my money from Holiday Inn.

I like the location to major highways and restaurants and other places to visit and enjoy, also the continental breakfast was great and area very clean
