Basic motel. Clean enough. Friendly staff. Good price.
Good motel value for the money. Not fancy or new but clean and fairly well kept. It would had been more convenient if the room had some form of bedside lighting like a lamp or sconce.

facilities overall- lukewarm water, door lock access,appearance of rooms, lighting, grime at tub faucet, staff demeanor as just settle with poor door lock operation.
All in all, it was a great hotel. It was in the perfect spot for my reason for visiting. The city park is only about 3 miles away, so it was convenient to be so close when I was playing out of town in a softball tournament. However, the beds were terrible. if you prefer a hard bed, then this hotel is perfect for you! The rooms were nice, and the staff was great. My only issue was the beds.
The price was ok. But there were no toiletries, no hair dryer.

Stayed for maybe an hour and returned our key. Beds were very uncomfortable and had black spots all along the walls. Non refundable and guy didn’t care to help fix the issue.
