Good enough

Night shift front staff was nice but dayshift one was rude. The room was very basic with no decor and all white lighting. Feels like a medical clinic. Sheets were stained. Parking was a nightmare with insufficient room to maneuver. We paid $800 total for 3 nights which is overpriced for this place. We will never stay there again.

1. Food served for breakfast everyday remained the same, not fresh, just heat up from the freezer to their food-warmer, hard boiled eggs were from fridge ( we can tell because they are really hard and old). 2. We arrived in our assigned room, we noticed old toilet papers (never changed into new ones), the floor had dirty tissue paper on the side of the toilet. 3. The photos of the rooms posted in the website are different from physical room. 4. Housekeeping staff who was to clean our room was not considerate and considered rude for what she did. She knows we were leaving so she stood outside and wait for us outside our room while we we were still packing and putting some stuff in to our car. That was 2 hours earlier than our check-out time at 11. She was right outside our door waiting. She should not be doing that because when one of my family member went out of the door, she was right there looking at the door and one of my family member inside was nude, just came out of shower and felt embarrassed when he saw the staff waiting outside with her cleaning cart. It was very disgusting and disappointing how this staff could stand there not even time for us to leave because it was too early still. We were not happy about it for we felt like rushed and pressured it leave. We left the room 2 hours earlier. She was the cleaner on Thursday,Aug 28 at supposedly 11am (our check-out time). Hope she will be reprimanded or reminded about respect and good customer service.

Best thing is the service at the front desk! Rooms are okay. Parking is easy and it is quiet. Good for the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I have lots to say. It wasn’t as pleasant as we had hoped for. For the price, we could’ve stayed at a better rating hotel. The sheets are not as clean, there’s hair everywhere and it is not as tightly put on the bed, like it look like the sheets were not fresh. Secondly, housekeepers basically rushes you out of your room. Day 2, housekeeper knocked in our room just before 11am and said she has to clean now coz it’s her last room for the day and it has to be done before she leaves. I couldn’t leave my room yet for the day coz I was still working, so our room was not clean med for the day and she just handed me new towels and ask me for my garbage can for her to change it. Check out day - we did ask for late check out and they knocked, when we said we are still in the room, of course they opened the door anyways while I was still getting ready. Lastly, came with my kids so they can enjoy swimming at the pool but there were constant swimming lessons day and night which is a little disappointing coz honestly, guests using the hot tubs can’t relax due to noise. Guests cannot enjoy the pool coz the instructors literally ask you if you can move aside coz they need the space for their lessons. You have no choice but to comply. We appreciate the front desk’s apology but this is an inconvenience that can be avoided or eliminated for future guests. Hopefully they do something about it.
