Everyone here is so friendly & helpful...had everything we needed. We always stay here when we're in town for family visits.

The Super Eight is average and appears to be maintained and clean. The guest room has not been updated or redecorated since we were there four years ago. The bed was very uncomfortable with a large dip in the mattress. Pillows were also lumpy. Bathtub shower unit has nothing to hold on to and felt unsafe. There was an issue with bugs in the room. Clean towels were provided daily and the bed was made up, floor was vacuumed. Staff/owner was friendly and welcoming.

Location was good close to college

TV could have worked better...sound was bad or no sound..but you could use internet so not a total problem

Needs updated. Cable was sketchy at times. Breakfast area was small and very minimal.

Excellent service' helpful friendly staff, clean rooms, good location for our trip and family;y activities, great and convenient breakfast bar We will choose this facility the next time we visit Mr. Carmel.

Great Price, good service

Quick family trip with a toddler. Front desk clerk was friendly during check in. Unfortunately, no elevator, but our room was located near the stairwell. Room was clean. Bed, chair, desk, dresser, and fridge/microwave. It was so nice to have a larger-sized fridge and microwave available in room. Basic breakfast (pastry, cereal, waffle maker, fruit). No frills, but the king bed was very soft and extra pillows were available in-room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if the chance came up. Thank you!

This stay was my second time in 2 years. When the family parks at my brother’s home for a few days, I stay at the hotel as there are not enough beds at his home. However, the drive to/from the hotel is so short and convenient. And, best of all, the hotel is clean, attractive, and comfortable.
