Hotel is so good. Is in the best place of Santorini. You can go walking if restaurants, stores… I recommend.

The staff were great always on hand to accommodate, the staff really make the hotel.

We were greeted by a very welcoming receptionist who showed us to our room. Other staff were helpful and attentive especially the restaurant manager. A big thank you to her and the morning chef. Breakfast selection was excellent and high quality. Had plastic gloves for everyone to wear for hygiene reasons, excellent touch. Accommodation:- Our room had a balcony was clean and comfortable. It had a safe, fridge, kettle, high quality amenities - shampoo, conditioner, lotion & vanity kit and the hotel provided x2 bottles of water daily Location: - Excellent location one street back from the main streets in Fira, (Thera, Thira) away from the hustle but within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bus terminal . .Fira is beautiful with cobbled streets, wonderful architecture, whitewashed buildings and churches with blue roofs. This hotel may lack the stunning views from the room but in less than five minutes outside the hotel is a place to watch the glorious sunsets go down over the Caldera. Pool area is beautiful however may be a bit small if visiting Santorini in high season/busy. Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel as the location is perfect. Easy access to everything. Tip • Just remember to bring ear plugs in case the electricity circuit breakers in the rooms 'buzz'. • Try to avoid cable car and main shopping streets when cruise ships are in.

All the staff - everyone - was professional, kind and so fast to help in any way .. and we took them up on helping and each time they exceeded the expectation. Location, attentiveness, cleanliness excellent - and morning breakfast was so plentiful with options.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is in the heart of Fira. You walk out and you are at the main promenade with fantastic views of Caldera, the sunset, boutique shops, restaurants, and all the charm Santorini is offering. The bus station is 5 minutes away. The hotel also has its own transportation van for any transfers or rides. The Restaurant at the hotel was amazing from the food to services and the views. The swimming pool was very nice with comfortable cabanas, fresh towels, and bar services. We also had a very nice room with A/C, a nice walking-in shower, a comfy bed, very pleasant balcony with a quiet garden view with a pomegranate tree. Breakfast was included and the choices were numerous and all were delitious! Definitely recommending this resourt!

Loved how modern it was and also the excellent customer service at the front desk. Very accommodating. Also loved the location and how you could walk to restaurants and of course the sunset!

We loved the location, a few steps from the Caldera! The Hotel was beautiful. It had this beautiful aura and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend the Hotel's Airport transfer.
