Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites

Not only was the hotel located in the center of everything with amazing views, the staff anticipated everything that we wanted before we needed. Highly recommend staying at the Aressana! Excellent hotel!

I had a few very frustrating experiences to an otherwise nice stay. There were no instructions about arrival or parking, and after two calls to the property, it was still unclear that there was no parking and we couldn’t even drive the car to the hotel front door because the street was blocked. My family and I waited in the 100 degree weather for 15 mins trying to figure out how to get us and our bags to the hotel. The person I talked to on the phone gave very unclear instructions and didn’t really get it. Then, my brother booked a very expensive massage and his therapist was on her phone with one hand while massaging him with her other hand- he finally looked and saw that what she was doing and left the massage. When he discussed with the manager, she said she told her she was just controlling the room lights- no real apology. Not great service on either account.

Fantastic location, nice service at the restaurant and very good spa treatments to unwind.

From the moment we walked in after pushing our luggage up the big hill we were welcomed with friendly and hospitable staff. Our room was beautiful and we absolutely loved the bottle of wine and fruit we were delivered. The drinks and cool towels were awesome touch. The staff organized our transportation and breakfast was to die for. We loved this place 5 stars.

If you are coming to santorini this is the place to stay. it is in the middle of everything very convenient and very clean bed was comfortable staff was fantastic!! food was very good and pool area was GREAT!!

What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station.

This property made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is wonderful. The pool is peaceful. The location is perfect.

Elena and Demetri were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure our holiday in Greece was perfect. We will absolutely return with friends. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Added bonus is the hotel airport shuttle which also offers scheduled tours of the island.
