clean nice room people at front desk were super, nice and helpful ...breakfast was perfect! we will definitely be back, the kids did not want to leave thank you for a great mini vacation worth every penny!

Breakfast was really good. The hotel was nice, but there was something wrong with the bath tub faucet, so the water didn't get hot.

Booking stated that the water park passes were included. We got there and found out they weren't. This is awful that booking can give false advertising and nothing happens to them for lying. This happened to 3 other families we ran into!

"DONT GO THEY DONT RESPECT GUEST"

The fact I drove 3 hours for a reservation i made in December and was told ,they canceled my reservation 3 hours ago because booking over booked them and booking wouldn't even take responsibility they just said o well book somewhere else

I was probably the only one staying at the place. There was garbage bags by the elevator. I was told there was gonna be breakfast no breakfast they could at least gave me a granola bar or something in the morning as I left.
