Wyndham Garden Erie

We stayed one night in a suite on the 2nd floor. It overlooked the front parking lot. The hotel seemed pretty empty since it was a Sunday-Monday stay so it was very quiet. We chose this hotel because of it's connection to Splash Lagoon water park. Check in is at 4pm and check out 11am. When we checked it we weren't given any information so we didn't realize breakfast was included with the stay until I asked later. We arrived at breakfast and the room was empty but there were no forks, and some of food didn't have serving utensils. We didn't see any staff to tell them until halfway through the meal. The food was good though. Cons: The elevator was scratched up, with a broken seal that made a loud noise each time we rode it. The bathroom fan made a very loud grinding noise every time the bathroom light was on. The missing utensils at breakfast Pros: Our suite was nice and roomy. Free breakfast and parking. The best part for us was it's nearness to Splash Lagoon Waterpark. The entrance was only a few feet from the lobby. We would stay here again despite the couple issues because the room was nice with comfy pillows and extra bedding and Splash Lagoon. :)

Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

Jacuzzi tub not clean scum ring around it upon arrival , just decided we wouldn’t let kids use . Bath tub and kitchen sink clogged , had to wait a half hour between showers for 5 kids and 3 adults ! Showed a two burner stove in picture online and had purchased food to save money and had to go repurchase different food to accommodate ! No I did not call down as we were on mini vacation for weekend and didn’t want to have maintenance in room while Relaxing ! This all should have been taken care of prior to our arrival so we could just enjoy our weekend as planned ! It is hotel’s responsibility to make sure room is up to par not your guests! Highly disappointed!

The park was open. Enjoyed walking on the beach and checking out the lighthouses.

everything was clean and staff treated us great! (rachel?) at the front desk was kind and attentive. we had such a good time there!

Brd Bugs in my room

Has Wonderful potential! You can tell it's a busy property and the cleaning is not kept up with very well. I wouldn't call it disgusting by any means but in a high need of a deep clean. Staff was very friendly and you can't beat the location.
