I got locked out of my room and the staff did not let me in. He said I would have to wait till the morning to let me in the room. All of my belongings were in the room as well as my car keys, i had to call out of work because my keys and everything were in the room including my medication. This was the most horrible stay ever I was not refunded. The staff also told me a fake name and how I found that out was because I called the police, the police said his name was not Sam like he told me.
