Oven not working

TV did not work.

nothing at all they refused to give my refund i’m going to sue i never stayed here and they charged my card without premission behind my back after they told me that they will cancel my reservation and i wouldn’t be charged because when showed up to the property they was over book and i was like okay cancel the revrsation because i showed up and they was full and they said okay after my trip i received a charged from them since then i being trying to get my money back from them from booking.com no way they jus wanna take my money and this was in october lol im getting my money this year x2

The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

The floor and countertop were filthy. It was advertised as having breakfast and it didn't. We were surprised that we had to pay for parking. The staff was apathetic at best. No housekeeping service. There was a fight outside our door that the police had to come and break up. It was obvious that people were staying there long term.

Really nasty, we booked a room thinking it would be clean to only look up at the ceiling and there was a pad on it! sadly do not recommend.
