Someone Left Poo The Toliet.

I liked that the hotel was in a convenient location. My sisters and I were close to everything in Charlotte, so getting around was easy. Check‑in was also simple and quick, which made arriving smooth.

The air quality in my room was very poor. As soon as the AC unit was turned on, there was a strong mildew smell and the air felt thick and uncomfortable. Both my sisters and I woke up with headaches, runny noses, and a severe cough. Our symptoms improved once we left the room and again when we turned the AC off the next day, to see if it the unit it was made it clear the unit was the cause. I tried to explain this to the front desk during checkout, but I was dismissed with well we clean our AC unit every six months. The staff member wouldn’t make eye contact and didn’t take the situation seriously, even though it was affecting our health and could possibility affect future guests health as well. Especially those who have major allergies and respiratory issues.

The location was great. The property was clean from the time you walked into the lobby. The room was clean. The two staff members were nice. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was still nice. The grounds were well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my husband and me.

Everyone was very accommodating. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The check in process was very quick, and we were even able to rearrange our room to a ground floor one as I don't do heights. Coffee and breakfast was ready by 6:30 the next morning. The check out was very easy and I even booked another room for our return trip.

I don't really have any complaints about the hotel at all. The only thing I didn't like was that we chose the TGIFridays for supper. All I can say is don't.
