A great hotel, great location too. Overall a pleasant stay and will book again for sure.

No aircon and being an extremely hot few days during my stay, staying in my room was unbearable. Fridge did not work so did not keep the water cool/cold either. Desk top fan did nothing to cool the room down and was too noisy to leave on during the night. Breakfast is expensive and not great value for money, especially as it is left sitting, so eggs are hard, bacon hard, etc but overall a good selection. Staff were great but not tentive enough as we had to ask for service several times. That said there were alot of School Proms and other things happening, so the hotel was very, very busy.

Convenient location for what we needed

Incredibly hot in the room - a tiny fan which didn’t work well at all. No air conditioning and very dated features in general. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Customer service was very helpful when I needed to check-in earlier than the advertised time.

The meals were quite expensive, but this is not the fault of the hotel, everywhere in the UK is expensive due to factors outside their control.
