They chose to update the credit card system right at check in, 2 pm. The desk clerk was awful and rude. I had to ask if there was a cash machine, then it was also out of order. Had to ask again for options for a cash machine, there's one down the road. My husband had to walk to get cash. Or as she rudely told us.... wait 4 hours, we'll check you in later with a card. She was also rude and not helpful to another guest who was asking about laundry.
