Clean but slightly aged

No workout facility. Not shuttle to Key West center which was quite a distance away.

The staff was very kind, upon arrival. They set us up with different places and recommendations on where to go during our stay. The room was extremely clean and had plenty of space for our stay. The balcony offered amazing views of the water. The property offers many activities for all ages. The pool was also a perfectly refreshing temperature, with an amazing view.

A beautiful, clean property. The beds, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable. Our 2 bedroom suit was spotless and so welcoming. The lanai was such a plus, so enjoyed sitting out looking at the Gulf and sitting around enjoying our family. The pool, pool area and hotub were perfect. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. Free coffee was excellent in the lobby. You can't go wrong with property!!

I read previous reviews complaining about the airport next door but did not find it obtrusive to me. A few large jets were a little loud but not enough for me to complain about. It didn't wake us up and I did not smell any odor.

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, including the pool and pool area. The balcony and the view were amazing. There was space to enjoy wine in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The size of the apartment and layout were very comfortable for our group of five. The bedding was comfortable. We were able to stay on the property and enjoy the pool after checkout until our departure time.

While we were given a pass to enjoy the grounds on our departure day, we asked for towels for the pool and did not get them until we were close to leaving. We had to walk back to reception and ask again and it was maybe another hour before we got them.
