To much noise and banging of doors.. light smell of tobacco..sofa bed needs replacing had stains on and normal chair was dirty aswell..couldn't sit on either. Just on bed..

Swimming pool was an added bonus and the breakfast was lovely

No bin bags, heater didn't work and noisy kids in hallway

Sad experience that was last Friday book online with the family as all together we are six been there around 9h40 book two rooms as we been tell there is no interconnecting rooms available two adult two kids we as been offered first floor room 101 and room 115 been to the two rooms before going to the room politely asking the manager on the day is there interconnecting room available as we been here so many times as she turn around and said no matter how many times you been here we can't give you any priority back to the room 101 as we in talking sitting down drink a coffee waiting for our food delivery then was time to go bed my 3 year old son was playing on the bed displaying is animal jungle as I was checking the bed before bed time i see 7 traces of blood periods and sperms on bed sheet and pillows i been there in the pass of two 2to 3 years now it look like going down the hotel staff i don't really understand i been working with public relations i can't turn around and lie in people face in front desk
