Do not stay here. They have cockroach’s and don’t tell you and when you tell them they tell you you are lying and to take pictures or videos to show where they are going. Like no thanks. Was only in the hotel for 15 mins before we left and didn’t get reimbursed.

The booking included breakfast l, however in morning when I went for it, they asked me money and said only coffee is on breakfast, that is very misleading. I booked various Wyndham premises before and never experienced such before. They are always a breakfast buffet, but today morning there is no such thing, and it is misleading

Outdated and dark hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom needs updating. Chunks missing from the vanity, tiles broken in tub surround. Pool in desperate need of cleaning. Slides in good repair. Kids had fun. No breakfast as advertised. Told it was a booking.com issue. They offered toast and coffee or juice box. Ordered breakfast. Low quality. Canned mushrooms and cheese slice in omelette. Pancakes like cardboard no amount of syrup could save. Value for the price, definitely should have stayed elsewhere.

The kids had fun at the pool, slides are in good order. Our room was clean.

It is a quite outdated property. The pool is in desperate need of attention to be properly cleaned, brown rings around the edges. Our booking stated breakfast was included. When we went downstairs, they stated only toast and coffee, or a juice box for the kids. Traditional eggs, bacon, hashbrown, toast breakfast was $6.99. Fair price. Property stated they have contacted booking.com as it is not advertised correctly. Not impressed.

a lot of parking lot, room is clean and spacious

i feel uncomfortable with the hallway, the water of the pool is too cold. we wanted to try the slide but it is too steep. someone welcomed us and asked if there is anything we needed i asked her if we can have another pillow as what i requested when we booked it she just said there are no housekeeper to provide that that’s it no resolution but that’s ok.
