waterslide and pool were great.

Horrible bad smell in the hallway and in our room. Bed a very uncomfortable and water leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling. Water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway as well. The bathroom was old rusty and dirty. The only good thing was the pool but very cold water

I had asked for a room near the pool because I have arthritis in my knee and walking is difficult. The room was far away from the pool

We love this hotel. Everyone is really nice and the pool is the best. The restaurant onsite has fantastic and affordable food options including really yummy pie

The $400 dollar deposit is so unjustifiable. The highest deposit I ever had to pay just for the worst hotel experience/ stay I ever had. It says they have a heated pool but it definitely is not heated it’s extremely cold making it unenjoyable. The stairs to the waterslide are rusted with some sharp edges in some spots so be very careful. I don’t know how that’s not a health safety issue seems like an accident waiting to happen. The room I was put in didn’t have any heaters in it at all and was so uncomfortably cold and the walls were all dirty, the longer I stayed there the more I noticed how filthy the place was. There was brown marks on the bathroom door and dog hair in the bathtub. The coffee machine looked broken so I didn’t bother trying to make coffee there. The side doors locked you out and you can’t get access back in with your key card, so if you’re trying to bring your luggage in that way you can’t. And you can’t use your key card to get access to the pool like most other hotels you have to go ask front desk to let you in and for towels. In conclusion you’re better off going to a different hotel for an all around better experience and price. 0/10 would not recommend or return.

I didn’t like the fact there were people coming and going through out the all hours of the night and nothing was said to them to be quite or anything

Dirty bed sheets with stains, when lifting up blankets there were crumbs and hair underneath which shows the bedding was not washed or changed. Hallways smell like alcohol and there was a drunk guy wandering around not knowing where his room was. Very unsafe hotel for young children. The most appealing part of this hotel was the pool but the water was freezing cold and hot tub jets were not working.

This is my third stay and I believe it keepa getting better. The staff, was as usual, very courteous and quick to make adjustments to accommodate us. We felt valued and will definitely make this our little stop in Winnipeg. For professionals like myself who maybe on a budget, this is a good spot.
