Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waterford by IHG

The manager was very helpful with me in regards to Expedia charging my credit card and canceling my reservation without reimbursement to my credit card. They were kind enough to find 4 rooms for my family day of our event. No thanks at all to Expedia. I do not recommend using their service.

Staff was apologetic about the confusion with the 3rd party booking. They still say some rooms have jacuzzi tubs, but the hotel was remodeled and does not. Not the hotel's fault, but they still gave us some points on our account to make up for the misunderstanding. Definitely call the hotel to confirm when booking with 3rd parties! The room was decorated in a nice, modern style. Beds were comfy. AC was quiet.

Electric outlett in bathroom was uncovered. Bare wires not even covered by electric tape. This is in the bathroom with water only inches away. This is very unsafe.

Pleasant friendly helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Two things: First the staff was very friendly and awesome! Second: They are under renovations but you would have not known it without the signs.

I loved the area, the low deposit was awesome because it didn't take away from my spending! The staff was awesome!! Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was my shower was lukewarm on full blast hot water. I will definitely return! We were there for the concert at Pine Knob! Better experience than Hyatt Place all the way around!!

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. It was very quiet. I didn't see much of the staff, but you knew they had been there and cleaned etc.
