The air conditioning did not work all night. It was noisy. I have asked three times to have the manager call me and never got a call.

The room is very nice and clean. My only complaint is the mattress in the bed is hard! I woke up feeling like I'd spent the night on a slab of concrete.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE. I made a reservation through Expedia and then called this hotel to confirm. I was told the hotel was overbooked and she had been about to call me to tell me. I booked and paid for another Boise hotel. This hotel then told Expedia I was a no show and refused to refund my money. It makes absolutely no sense I would voluntarily pay for 2 rooms in Boise the same night at different hotels.
