Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum

Over the past three months, while helping address some urgent family matters, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties—including multiple Embassy Suites, Hampton Inns, and Hilton Garden Inns—totaling over 60 nights. I’ve also been a loyal Hilton guest for more than 20 years, frequently staying at locations across the country for business travel. From the moment I checked into this hotel, it was clear this property was a cut above the rest. Even something as simple as being warmly greeted and acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member—something none of the other recent properties had done—stood out immediately. After just one night, I was already impressed. The professionalism of the staff, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the room layout—everything exceeded expectations. Even my family noticed how clean and well-maintained the hallways and common areas were as we walked to our room. As our stay continued, my positive impression only deepened. There is something exceptional about this hotel that truly sets it apart—it should serve as a model for other Hilton locations. Even when a minor housekeeping issue arose, the staff and management addressed it immediately and sincerely. Management not only resolved the issue quickly but also took the time to personally apologize—something that never happened at other hotels, even when much more serious problems occurred. Highly recommended. This property has truly redefined what I expect from a Hilton stay.

The vibe around the hotel was everything a tourist could ask for. Thunder Thursday was on which was fun to the first timer in Idaho, like me. Thanks

Good location, close to interstate.

Great place, clean rooms, nice pool area, etc. As others have said, no free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site. My only other disappointment was a warm, not hot, hot tub.

Everything is great. But, my whole life, everytime I go to a hotel there is complimentary breakfast. Not here. Not only is the fee for one night pushing $200 but breakfast is an extra $15 per person. I have never heard or seen that ever. And the entire cafe they had set up was empty. No wonder because no one wants to pay for a breakfast at a hotel that they paid a lot for. It was not stated in any documents or anywhere when we got the room that we had to pay for a breakfast. So it was shocking when we came downstairs and we were given a menu to order and pay an extra fee. Like shouldn’t the hotel cost for the night factor in breakfast? Considering that it is a more expensive hotel I think that should be noted that you’re JUST paying for room and not for the services.
