Honestly, this was a really bad experience. The hotel’s poor management and careless handling of the voucher created a complete mess. Because of their mistakes, I ended up losing a client and even future business, which hurt my professional reputation. It was frustrating to face the consequences for something that wasn’t my fault. I wouldn’t recommend any travel agent to book this hotel until they seriously improve.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the beautiful pool terrace is just stunning!! The room was spacious and clean and the whole property is simply beautiful. Its very well maintained and clean and it smells good everywhere. The breakfast buffet had great choices and was super well presented!

The only thing I would have wished for is a bigger menu by the pool. Especially ice cream! The building is huge and has many stairs and depending on where your room is its quite a walk. I didn’t mind that as walking I loved walking the white marble floors but for someone with very young kids or with problems walking you should mention it and get a closer room.
