Clean quiet and very convenient

I travel with a dog. As a result,I only use pet friendly hotels. When I called to make sure that the hotel was indeed pet friendly, I was told by front desk personnel that the Pet fee would be $35. That was 6 days before I checked in.Upon arrival I was told the Pet fee was $50 Far more aggravating, I was told the room would be cleaned every two days. I make sure my dog is with me or is in doggy daycare during the day. I also put out the hang tag that states, “Pet not in room“. I also requested specifically that the room be cleaned. The room was not cleaned. For a very nice hotel, where I am paying the fee, and respecting the hotel by picking up after my pet and ensuring that my Pet and I both respect the other guests, this has been quite an unfortunate experience. I have stayed here at least four times in the past six years, maybe five. I will likely stay here again because of its location. But if I can’t have my needs respected while I am respecting the hotel’s, I cannot provide a positive review.

The receptionist Rocky and staff were the best we’ve had. Breakfast was excellent with a hot breakfast and two waffle machines. Our AC quit and Rocky upgraded us to a suite that was handicapped accessible. He even came and carried our bags to the new room. The pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub was small but mighty and was the best we have been in for years.

The staff was excellent. Our room was large and spacious and a great value. The breakfast met everyone's needs and wants.
