Loved location to the bay. Very friendly staff. Liked adult hottub. The aluminum water bottle refills🙂

As a hotel guest, could not use steam room or sauna. You had to purchase pass or needed an appointment for massage services. And, nail services don’t allow use of sauna/steam room; why not , the nail services are “in” the salon.

"Great outside entertainment. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!"

The pools were great and it wasn’t crowded at all! The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Food was expensive and just okay. Room view was of a parking lot.

The overall layout of the hotel and there were very nice large public rooms. Views of the river were excellent.

The bathroom was lovely but and this is a big but there were no grab bars around the toilet which was practically on the floor as well as in the tub/shower. This is a lawsuit in the making!

The pools, hot tubs, outdoor areas. The kids club was closed. Water slide was closed. Property needs a bit of updating.

Things were unexpectedly closed. Food wasn’t great.

Beautiful property. But it’s showing its age a little. Would love to come back with the warmer weather.

We had a lot of mechanical issues with our room 1205. First the toilet was clogged before we even used it. Would’ve been fine if they would’ve just gave me a plunger. But we had to wait 45 minutes for the maintenance guy to come unclog the toilet. And then the shower handle broke with the shower still on, on the 2nd night resulting in two hours of maintenance guys in and out of the room until they just shut the water off. And the Dinner… go out into town. The resort restaurant is not good for the price.
