Hôtel Saint-Laurent Montréal

The location is excellent, locating next to two metro stations and a bus stop with the airport bus (747) stopping at it, which is highly convenient for transiting to the airport, as well as getting to tourist locations in Montreal under 30 minutes excluding the time for waiting the trains. The room was mostly clean, but there were dirty spots on the floor towel and a piece of hair on a body towel and the shower blinds, but other parts of the room overall were clean enough. The front desk was really friendly and helped me a lot on the facilities of the hotel, and I received a free upgrade to a Suite from the hotel (which is a plus). The self-service laundry is free and operates 24/7 but do note that the laundry pods is not complimentary. The room is noise-proof except for the door, in which I can hear noises when someone comes out from their room and starts talking. In conclusion, the hotel overall is a tiny little bit pricey in my opinion, but the location definitely makes it worth more.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was close to a grocery store which made the use of the kitchenette quite handy for breakfast and snack prep.

Having a few more mugs/cups and dishes would have been useful as there were 2 of each only which had us running the dishwasher fairly empty for clean dishes.

Chambre confortable et propre. Personnel attentif aux demandes. Parking sur place. Literie très confortable. Proximité du Vieux-Montréal et du centre-ville. Facilité de se rendre à pied.

Situation géographique, le staff, et le confort des lits

Problème de propreté : nous sommes retournés chez nous avec plein de fourmis dans nos bagages. Je pense que les chambres nécessitent une petite rénovation, notamment un remplacement des tapis.
