The location

The room was musty. Construction was happening on the road which created a lot of noise really early in the morning. Staff didn’t notify of construction noise. Staff wasn’t aware that construction changed traffic pattern so parking directions were useless.

1.有的服務員有點冷淡 2.房間小客廳的燈光偏暗如能增加照明會提升滿意度 3.浴缸涂漆脫落以致不敢泡澡
