Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean.

Too close to the Fair grounds. The sprinkler system failed while we there. No help to get out of the building for guest was offered while the fire alarm was going off.

Wyndham corporate should be ashamed to list this as a property. First of all, there is no easy access to the hotel, took a couple tries to find the parking lot. Second, my first room reeked of mildew and mold, the carpet was damp, and the air conditioner was noisier than the outside traffic. The front desk employee was kind and quick to switch rooms for me. The second room didn't smell, but still felt damp (1st floor is a sunken level). The room was not only worn, but neglected. Curtains didn't close, I used bobby pins from my hair to keep them shut as my window looked directly out onto the parking lot and anyone near could see in. They were also holey and stained, the bathroom needs renovation, part of the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. Paint patches on the wall didn't match, and the door would only shut with great force. It was too late to go elsewhere, so I made it work, but I do not recommend this place, even for the weariest of travelers. Huge dissappointment.

It did the job as far as someplace to get a nights sleep but it was a far from ideal. Needs a huge facelift & smelled. The price was right, but will be looking elsewhere next time we are at Mayo.

Location is close to the Clinic. Breakfast area was not airconditioned. Pool was closed. Hallways had a musty smell.

Our room was on the lower level and very humid and musty smelling. The bathroom door had been replaced with a barn door style that left a gap when closed so you could see right in. No lock either. I tried the treadmill and it was so noisy I couldn't use it.

Advertised pool and it was out of order. Breakfast waffle machine wasn’t working. and the staff member wasn’t helpful

Sorry, the lounge & check in area was clouded with a BO odor & the hall way to our room smelled like a musty basement. Our room floor was damp. Otherwise, everything was fine.
