We loved the property was right across from the Casino. Short walk across the street and we were there. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. We are a family of 4 that stayed in there comfortably. Love that it had a desk for me to log in and work the next morning and 12:00 check out was amazing

The breakfast was good but coffee and some items ran out quick. They were replenished but then disappeared again. We didn’t like the eggs nor the English muffin sandwiches. But the waffle maker was a hit.

The breakfast was very good and the staff ensured items were re-stocked immediately when they were informed that something was depleted. Also there waa a nice variety of breakfast items.

It was a great value. I would have liked for the end time to be 11am.

Run down facility in the shadow of the Cherokee casino Great proximity to the entrance of the smoky mountain national park and visitor center If you are passing thru and need a place to catch some sleep, this place is affordable and will fit the bill But if you want a decent breakfast, comfort, reasonably updated furniture and amenities, go somewhere else. This Fairfield is not going to offer that until it gets a big refresh
