White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa

We had a wonderful stay at White Oaks Hotel in Niagara! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Sarah. She went above and beyond by providing treats for the kids and even leaving a thoughtful handwritten card. It made our family feel so welcomed and special. This level of care is rare and truly appreciated. We would definitely go back and highly recommend White Oaks to everyone!

Where to start... well, I can say this was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Beautiful property and great rooms! But that is not what makes White Oaks special, its the staff!! From the minute we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful! David helped us with our bags and was super helping in giving is suggestions about the area! Andre arranged and amazing dinner for us at Liv, which was absolutely amazing! The food was some of the best we have had! We even had chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we returned to the room for our anniversary! Serk was our server at breakfast and she was so attentive and helpful, she made our last meal there special! Albert went above and beyond to make us feel special as we departed this amazing resort. We definitely will be making plans with him to return!

The bridal shower for our daughter at White Oaks Resort in Niagara-on-the-Lake was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we began planning to the final farewell, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The planning process was seamless thanks to Maria, who made everything feel effortless. She was responsive, organized, and truly understood the vision, offering thoughtful suggestions that elevated the entire event. On the day itself, Rachel ensured that everything was set up beautifully and ran smoothly—her attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind so we could simply enjoy the celebration. The service throughout the event was outstanding. Rocco and his team went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt attended to. They were attentive without being intrusive, anticipating needs before we even had to ask, which created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Guests are still talking about it! Combined with the elegant and serene ambience of the space, it created the perfect setting for such a special occasion. Overall, White Oaks delivered an unforgettable experience. If you’re planning a bridal shower or any meaningful celebration, this is truly a place where every detail is handled with excellence.

Shout out to White Oaks special Event Department, headed by Maria DiGiovanni. Our families hosted my daughters Bridal Shower this past wknd in The Play Reserve Room at White Oaks Resort and Spa. The entire event went off without a hitch! The theme of the shower was "Breakfast at Tiffany's", and Maria's team delivered! Alot of thought and planning went into this special day, and the event team worked along side me and brought it to life! From our initial mtg, Maria was only a phone call, or 30, away from seeing this MOB's vision come to fruition! The day of was met with such attentiveness and care. From set up to clean up. If I asked the team for anything, it was done with haste and ease!! They were over the top! All our guest commented that this is, hands down, the best bridal shower event that they had ever been too!! They could not get over how delicious , fresh and elegantly presented the many options of the Brunch Bliss was delivered! The wait staff during the event were attentive and extremely corteous! Anything, and I mean anything, we asked for was delivered without a blink and in a manner of utmost courtesy!! I had requested that a Tiffany Blue Punch be made in the likeness of the famous Tiffany Blue colour, and yet again, the team delivered! So in conclusion; Thank You Maria and team, for all your hard work and even personal extras thrown in, to make this event more special than this Mom could had ever dreamed of! More importantly, my daughter was speachless and expressed "It was more than perfect, it was spectacular!!" Cheers!

Here is business. Food is absolutely incredible and plentiful. The wait staff have all been so kind and generous and the AI attendant Ivy is such a great idea. Love it!!!

Excellent service throughout all staff at Hotel, congrats!….but thumping, mechanical noise all night, maybe elevator, not sure. Room 202. A bit disappointed, lack of sleep.

Excellent facility, service outstanding. Bedroom nicely finished. We were in room 202, loud, thumping noises coming from the elevator or duct work. All night, disappointing, especially after a very pleasant stay.

So far so good, nice room friendly staff, room wasnt ready when arrived so used the gym!
