The location is great and they did refund our money for the night we didn’t stay due to weather

It was run down and old , not updated at all, not clean in the bathroom, very poor water pressure in the shower, stained and peeling paint, mold in the shower, enough breakfast food supplied during eating hours, broken glass in the pool area, and over all seemed like it was let go and not taken care of. My family has stayed here every time we’ve visited family during thanksgiving for years but unfortunately we will not be booking here again, even during a big holiday weekend, there was only a few cars in the parking lot so now it makes sense. We booked at least 5-7 rooms when we all would come but sadly not again. Please heed this review for your other guests because something’s need taken care of asap.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times - it is preferred by our employer, so we don't have a lot of choice in the matter. This hotel is just average, typical for it's price range. Most things work, many don't. For example, have you ever been to a cheap hotel where the bedside lamp plugins actually work? Or do the prongs of your appliance slide right back out because they've been used 10,000 times and management is too cheap to replace them? Water pressure - below average. Time for hot water to arrive on 3rd floor for my shower - a solid 2-3 minutes Hair dryer - didn't work, prongs rusted over. Pool - no towels on the rack, had to ask for them. Dirt under the tables in the pool area. But..... Checkin was easy, staff was mostly attentive and pleasant, beds were comfy, and the elevators and door key cards worked. Pool and jacuzzi worked as well, which was surprising. So many hotel pools are out of order when you arrive - have you noticed that? This one worked, although the water was a bit on the chilly side. Good hotel if you're on a budget and aren't too fussy. Otherwise, there are other choices in Davenport...

The beds are comfortable. Staff at front desk were helpful

Fitness room machines did not work. Thermostat and fan in room wasn’t really working well. Hotel needs updating!

Clean, very nice staff, safe, bug free, quiet, helpful, close to restaurants. Easy to find off highway.
