The bed bugs! We left. We made the reservation because my granddaughter was sick and we HAD to stop. We went into the rooms (2) and pulled the covers back. Bugs literally fell off the mattresses. We told the office we couldn't stay there due to this health hazard. He said he couldn't refund our trip since we booked thru booking.com. We called them and received no help. We filed a complaint thru their online system. We have heard nothing. This was Thanksgiving weekend. We still haven't heard back from booking.

No breakfast, good location.

Occasional chair in room would be nice. No place to sit other than a hard chair or bed.

Dogs stay free.

Although dogs stayed free, we were warned if they barked much, we would be kicked out. With 2 dogs who bark at the drop of a hat, we were on pins and needles every time they barked.

It was cheap and easy to get to. Surrounded by fast food so we didn’t have to starve. We loved being able to have our dogs with us at no extra charge as well. Traveling for Christmas is already stressful and picking a place to stay was probably the least stressful part.

Beds were god awful. But for that price? I’d endure.

I ordered a King 1 bed nonsmoking room, when I arrived, I was given a queen size smoking room, I am a nonsmoker, the bed was very uncomfortable, the TV/Wi-Fi only worked sometimes, this motel was given a 3-4 star review on the website which I would give it a 1 star

Price, not given what I paid for, given a smoking room and most of the time no wi-fi or tv, and it was very uncomfortable bed. I have had to come home and go to the Chiropractor it was so bad.
