Dirty, tv remote had no batteries, ceiling leaking, blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, toilet was not bolted to the floor. 0/10 do not recommend

The owner/manager was great. He was very helpful and made sure our stay was a great as it good be.

There was a lot of noise at night and the building does show its age a bit.
