They have bed bugs. I quickly checked out. The staff denied it and didn't want to give me a refund. I'm still working with booking.com on a refund

Very accommodating.

There was no breakfast.

Ice machine in hallway. Ice bucket in room.

When I arrived, the clerk on duty, got me checked in and gave me a room on the second floor. I ask where the elevator was, and, was informed there was none. I have breathing problems and I can't do stairs. I told clerk that was not acceptable due to my health issues. He said he could put me on first floor. I said that was fine. While getting my new room key, it was obvious he wasn't happy to be inconvenience. I was given room right next to the washer and dryer. I entered room, closed the door and in wall, was a large hole exposing the shower plumbing. I wasnt even sure the fridge in room even worked because it was barely cool. I turned it up and wasn't sure it was cooling down. I was surprised it kept my milk cold. On the television remote i was unable to find the sleep timer function, which I hunted for quite a while. I am used to falling asleep with that function set. Needless to say, it was a rough, tossing and turning night. The in room coffee maker, I wasn't able to use due to a malfunctioning tray insert not fitting.

Available occupancy, room was clean.

Downfall is service and amenities. Breakfast area was dirty, not attended and the employee was on the phone. Was out of hot food for breakfast, had to ask. Activity g lime they didn't care to restock. Overpriced, poor service!
