I was very disgusted about them saying Hotel.com didn’t inform them of my two rooms for one night said they didn’t know of this and only had one bed and said they had one room two queen non smoking left so we take it or leave it we had no other choice but take it and 4 women one bathroom not good !!!

Worst hotel experience ever! Dirty, requested 1st floor, gave us 2nd floor with no elevator. Lock wouldn’t open but worst of all after clearly stating on reservation for non-smoking they gave us a smoking room. When immediately realized it was smoking room they said there were no rooms available. We had to leave but they wouldn’t refund for that night.

attendant was rude. left briefly for a meal, returned to strong marijuana odors in the lobby. Insecure! my room could not be locked the deadbolt did not align with the receiver in door jamb.
