Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

The room was quiet, clean, and suitable for us. The fan to move air between the rooms didn't work at all, so it was a bit warm for our granddaughter who slept on the pull out couch.

Breakfast. The food wasn't good. Biscuits were not baked all the way through, and the gravy was not seasoned well. The cranberry juice was watered down.

Had 2 rooms 1 smelled like smoke. The other was flooded from A/C unit, was moved to another room where toilet paper roll was almost gone and there was hair in the sink.

Very old and dated furniture was very dirty, door keys were very finicky it took multiple tries to work. People were running the hallways until 11:30 at night.

I liked that breakfast was included. Hot food changed up every couple days. Rooms are also VERY spacious.

I didn’t like the TV channels. Truly we only had 3 channels that worked, and were forced to watch whatever was playing, which was always old movies. And the pool said it was heated but was not. Also if you do stay here, the microwave and fridge is underneath the TV cabinet. Which we didn’t check until the last day we were there. So we thought we didn’t have one the whole time, which is our fault but at the same time why isn’t it out on the VERY SPACIOUS counters?

The hotel was relatively convenient to where we needed to get to. It looked like it was fairly new, but as you see below not as well maintained as it could be.

When we pulled back the bed covers the top sheet was stained. To their credit, when mentioned they upgraded us to a better room. In the new room the bedding was clean. However when we opened the closet we found two suit coats that have been left by prior guests. Not a big deal. It does indicate that the cleaning service is probably not top-notch. Two additional annoyances were that both the shower and the sink drained very slowly, and while there was an ironing board there was no iron. I will caveat all of these negatives by saying that it was an $80 per night hotel.
