Very clean. Wonderful staff.

1a) The off-site parking for boats wasn't disclosed anywhere on the website. 1b) the off-site parking for boats was 3.5 miles away and required the boat to be disconnected to drive back to the hotel. We were provided an excellent map and directions to get there. 1c) The gate codes (to access the boat storage yard) given to us at the time of check-in worked fine for three days. On the fourth day, the gate code to exit the yard was changed and we were not notified. We got stuck in the storage yard until another person who got stuck earlier told us the code. 2) There was no maid service, towel service, trash service, nor were the locations to take out our own trash disclosed. When we asked, we were told only after 10 days would any type of service be provided. This needs to be disclosed on the web site. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided and we ran out after 4 nights and the office was closed and we were unable to get more from the office. 3) While the parking underneath our room was convenient, it was not convenient to carry all our stuff up 14 very tall stairs. This too should have been disclosed on the website.

No view bc we had a room in back. We wanted quiet so it worked out better than to hear traffic on a major road.

We really enjoy our trip to Lake Havasu. The apartment style unit we had was great. The bed and sofa sleeper were comfortable. The unit, pool and grounds were clean. I wish Worldmark had places like this everywhere.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property or service. We were very happy.

The young lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed the interaction and her attentiveness to our stay. We were pleased from arrival to departure.

Everything was great. It was just what we needed.

We loved this hotel but this time it was disappointing, staff at check in asked if we wanted to be close to pool and we said yes but when we went to use the hot tub it wasn’t working it was cold so texted front desk and got told by different staff that is was out of commission and there was signs saying that but there were no signs at all until we went back later in evening to bbq, room needs deep cleaning, floors were dirty and a big hair ball was on the side of nightstand, then next morning get a text saying someone was going be there to check fire extinguisher within next hour this was 930 am so we rushed to get ready and by 1230 still nobody there so I went to talk to manager , she apologized and said to next time call her and she would make sure everything was ok, so we give it another try

Working hot tub, clean unit

It was a nice location in Lake Havasu City. Close to parks and State Parks which provided for great walks and hikes. The weather was absolutely fantastic. Boat rides on the lake and sunsets added to the stay.

It was a great place to stay and keep the family in the same room. We have 2 adult children, who frequently travel with us and it was nice to have a place together. Room was comfy and we had a great view of the lake.

Parking was nice, as it was directly under the unit, but hard to get into with a larger vehicle. But we made it and all was good.

This was perhaps the cleanest resort I have ever visited, inside and outside. We had a nice view just on the other side of the main thoroughfare through town which generated some traffic noise. But the bedrooms were on the far side of the unit, so with the doors closed, it didn't prove to be an issue for us. The suite was laid out very well, the kitchen was easy to work in as were the bathrooms. There was also sufficient space to stow all our gear so it was not in our way during our stay. The staff was friendly and efficient and welcomed us with cookies. If circumstances permitted, I would definitely stay a Havasu Dunes Resort again.
