Location was great. Price was right

Dirty and run down. No shower curtain. Railing to stairs unattached. Light in bathroom had a short kept coming on and going off. We stayed here 3 years ago and it was much better

"Worth your money"

The staff was really nice and we had no noisy neighbors. The location was great - close to the Niagara Falls so we were one of the first ones there. In general, it's clean and we had no problems.

Only a few small things that didn't really disrupt the experience. The AC was a little noisy and the TV wouldn't open any apps so it was actually useless. Also only one of the ice machines worked, but that didn't really bother me.

Перед бронированием номера в отеле,я ознакомился всеми удобствами отеля,и там было указано что комната 32 м²,а комната где мы поселились была максимум 20м²,а в остальном всё было нормально.

Convient location

Our floor in room 135 was very dirty. Our feet were black. I requested for it to be washed 2x. Housekeeping sprayed something on it. These floor need a good scrubbing
