"It was close to where I needed to be the next day, other than that the hotel needs major work"

Friendly Staff

The pictures are nothing like the room's, the whole hotel needs to be remodeled it was not the cleanest, the parking lot needs work as well. I hope someone from corporate really takes time and reads these emails because if they invest money into the hotel it can be a great place. There's no elevator which sucks if you have small children.

I liked the location and how far it is from the Westmoreland mall and from the casino and how short of a drive it is from the city of Greensburg

The parking lot needs rep paved a lot of potholes. Also, the drink machine was out of all sodas in all selections.

"Trouble in paradise"

The bathroom was very clean. The staff were very nice. The location of the hotel is in a very nice spot.

The big lamp on the desk wouldn't turn on, but all the other ones worked wonderfully. The room also had an acquired smell to it when I first walked in.
