"Good and Comfortable Athmosphere!"

Clean comfortable hotel good for short stays.

My employee, Mr. Gary Burch had to leave due to a family emergency after the second day of his four day prepaid reservation. I have never seen a hotel that booking.com deals with that didn't refund the 2 unused days even though they technically don't have too? I personally and the 9 corporation I fully own make thousands of reservations for my employees every year and we can't remember any hotel not refunding the unused days even when the prepaid non refundable options were used!!! This action will curtail the use of Red Roof hotels for any of our employees nationwide beginning January 05, 2026. Consideration and character is important to whom we do business with! This is an edit to this review! It has now come to our attention that the Red Roof in Greensburg,Pa did in fact issue a refund for the two unused days in question! I am extremely pleased to see that they in fact did the right thing and I have now instructed my corporate travel departments to continue to use Red Roof Inns when applicable! I thank the Greensburg Red Roof Inn for their character and integrity!
