Casa Bonita Hotel & Luxury Residence

Loved the pool, the staff was super friendly and helpful, facilities amazing

Not enough sunbeds at the pool and the location is not close to the city center and during our stay we felt unsafe since outside there was like a protest with a lot of buses and people with facemasks

Staff was very cordial and accommodating, the hotel driver went out of his way to provide us everything we needed, the restaurant crew was very professional and pleasant

Un hotel bonito, agradable, las camas y amenidades bastante bien, el personal amable, un lugar tranquilo para descansar, los alimentos no son tan variados pero tienen buen sabor, el mezcal complice muy bueno, bien servido, el jardin con estancia bastante comodo. Lo unico que no fue de mi agrado es que el desayuno es a partir de las 8 am, y no antes, sin embargo te alivianan con un box lunch. Fuera de ello, lo recomiendo bastante.

El hotel está muy lindo!! La atención del personal es súper atentos y amables!! La limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones está excelente!! Todo muy bien cuidado. Lo que sí es q en la habitación que me toco la numero 10 se escucha un ruido como que prenden una bomba no se lo escuché varias veces en la madrugada y eso no me dejaba dormir 🙃. De ahí en fuera todo está perfecto!! Muy bonitas instalaciones felicidades al personal, muy segura y cómoda la zona!! Gracias!

Un lugar pequeño pero precioso, limpio, acogedor, delicioso… Estaría increíble si la alberca estuviera templada, no pudimos meternos por lo frío.. de ahí en fuera, fue una excelente experiencia.

I liked the place very pretty and antiquish. I only didnt like how far away from center of oaxaca it was. Too many topes to pass to get there. Other than that i loved it.

The Hotel is avg at best. I attempted to book a massage apparently one time slot of availability. If a peacefull night sleep is important to you, do not stay on the exterior first floor as you can hear everything from the patio bar not to mention exterior lighting stays on until midnight (no black out curtains) As the hotel sits it's not worth $200 plus a night. The beds are old shower had sitting water yada yada. The property has some character but no views no energy. The manager avoided any interaction with us the entire time. At min a greeting would be nice after all you are in the people business lol This property lacks in most all other areas. Service was what it should be. Until next time Oaxaca. At $100 a night I might be able to recommend this hotel but @$200 plus it's a hard no for us.

A beautiful property- a hidden escape amongst the business of Oaxaca. Highly recommend.
