Bon hôtel facilement accessible proche des parks et confortable. Le personnel était à notre écoute et a fait preuve de beaucoup de réactivité pour régler nos problèmes. Les prix sont t très abordables.

Would have been nice to have a hot tub, but of course that would have increased the price. So this was an excellent value.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und durch die Dekoration ansprechend gestaltet. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war ein riesen Vorteil.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab keinen Aufzug, die Möbel sind teilweise stark abgenutzt und die beworbene Bergsicht war größtenteils durch Bäume verdeckt. Besonders störend war die extreme Hellhörigkeit – Gespräche auf dem Flur sowie Kinder im Treppenhaus waren deutlich zu hören. Auch der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und im schönen Ort von Canmore, allerdings ziemlich am Rand. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Tankstelle, ansonsten sind 5-10 Minuten Fußweg erforderlich. Insgesamt empfanden wir den Preis von über 200 € pro Nacht als nicht gerechtfertigt.
