Lovely setting and grounds. A little tired and dated in some areas. No ventilation in bathroom, and in the unexpected hot weather the room was uncomfortably hot. Helpful staff.
Very good location
Property in need of updating, ceiling in the room had damp and was collapsing on itself. Wallpaper coming apart. Carpets stained. location was the only redeeming feature of the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel with stunning spacious and interesting gardens. The staff were very friendly, approachable and attentive. All in all we thought it was excellent value for money, would stay here again and would be happy to recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for my father-in-law funeral and paid for a better room as my husband has MND - at checkin the recpetionist said this is the best room / I love it - the room was very shabby not big and over the refuse collection where the lorries came at 4AM. The Shower seemed like it was from the 19790's!!! Prior to checkout I saw 2 other rooms which were 200% better than the one I had paid for The pverall stay was very disappointing and what rubbish the receptionist said at our check in
Great location just off M25 safe easy parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable although the cosy rooms really are cosy.
